These gorgeous-looking heaters offer toasty comfort paired with maximum convenience.
Fall and winter are seasons for reveling in comfort. Cold weather essentials include hot chocolate decked with marshmallows and sprinkles; woolly throws on a large armchair; beanies, scarves and slippers… and, of course, a toasty space heater.
EdenPURE has a range of magnificent space heaters on offer. They’re toasty, oh-so-stylish, and surprisingly efficient. Having said that… we do have a bone to pick with EdenPURE over their heaters. We’ll save that juicy tidbit for the end of this article. In the meantime, let’s review two of EdenPURE’s most popular heaters currently available.
EdenPURE Heater Review – Our Comprehensive Analysis
Gen2 A5095 PURE Infrared Heater
This hot little number offers peaceful convenience… and it looks amazing. The visual design features smoothly curved corners and an attractive finish. It comes in a sleek, matte black offset by a laminated wooden panel in the upper half of the face. This panel – which looks like cherry wood – is a comforting, warm color. It has a cutout with a grid, through which you can get a peak at the glowing inner workings of the heater. Not as cozy as a fireplace… but lovely, nevertheless.
It’s a small heater, measuring 15.12 by 11.5 by 9.62 inches. It can fit under a desk or coffee table. The control panel is set into another narrow cherry wood-type inlay on the roof of the heater. There are a few simple buttons for the timer and temperature settings, and a digital display panel. There’s a sleek, small, black and white remote, too.
Here’s how the heating works. The infrared bulbs are kitted with PTC heating elements. These ceramic elements are wonderfully durable and efficient, and you can comfortably heat an 800 square foot room. You set the maximum temperature you’re comfortable with… and the heater automatically adjusts to keep the room at around that temperature. You won’t have to pause Netflix, evict your cat from your lap and force yourself out of your cozy armchair to adjust your heater.
There are a few more perks to the Gen2 Infrared. It’s lightweight and easy to move around, although the addition of wheels would have been welcome. For a small heater, it heats up quickly and powerfully. It’s quiet. And incredibly, although the exterior does heat up, it never gets too hot to touch.
Best of all, it really is light on electricity. Many users report that if they only run it when needed, there isn’t much change to their power bill.

CopperSMART TS1000 Electric Portable Heater
This model is a little larger than the Gen2 Infrared model above. It doesn’t look quite as attractive – but it’s still a nifty little number.
The CopperSMART measures out to 17 by 13 by 16 inches. It lightweight, though: the shell is high-quality plastic. It also comes kitted with handy removable wheels, so it’s beautifully easy to maneuver.
Like the Gen2 Infrared, the TS1000 boasts a durable PTC heating element, which automatically adjusts to keep the room at around optimum temperature. This one is copper, though, and features an additional perk: it can recover from power outages. It also has two power settings; you can choose to heat quickly – at the cost of a higher power bill.
The Copper SMART runs quietly and is wonderfully energy efficient. Because it’s more powerful, it’s not quite as easy on electricity as the PURE Infrared. However, it can comfortably heat 1200 square feet. It’s not as handsome, either, but it still boasts simple, square appeal in a matte black finish, with a thin wood-type ledge underlining the grid inset, where you can gaze on the glowing heating element. The control panel is located on the face, and features a few simple buttons. There’s no digital display panel – temperature options are displayed in a row and your selection lights up – but there is that sleek little remote control. The casing generally stays cool enough that you won’t have to worry about painful accidents when there’s kids running around.

EdenPURE Heater Review: Our Conclusions
Both heaters are superb little numbers… if you’re informed about what you’re buying. Because there are a couple of notable drawbacks when it comes to purchasing and using EdenPURE heaters.
EdenPURE runs an aggressive marketing campaign. Not everything they boast about their heaters is entirely accurate.
You need to read the manual and follow the instructions in order to score maximum power efficiency from the heaters.
These heaters are pretty expensive… and some users feel that they are basically glorified, prettified 80 dollar heaters that you could buy from a local store.
Overall, though, we feel that EdenPURE heaters do have significant perks. These include the stylish aesthetic, reliable quality and remote-controlled convenience. If you have a little extra to spend on a compact yet luxurious space heater, you’ll thoroughly enjoy the models we reviewed in this article.
